Late harvest wine “Lichin”

Passito and late harvest, often called meditation wines, are greatly appreciated for their highly persistent bouquet. “Lichin” is made from overripe Moscato grapes which have been left to wither on the vine .
After crushing, the fermented must is aged in small oaken barriques for over 12 months. Served cool it is excellent on its own or as accompaniment to desserts or aged matured cheeses.
