Traditional agricultural methods continue to be used here on our estate with 50-year old vines growing on “girapoggio” stakes planted across the terraced land and positioned to enjoy southern/south-western exposure so that the plants receive the most possible sunlight and heat.
The recovery of the old indigenous vines, the cultivation of new plants and the careful vinification of the grapes from both are what allow us to produce wines that respect tradition and are true to character while at the same time benefit from our commitment to continually improved quality.
